Ze tekende bij Storm Model Management na het verlaten van school in 2009. Delevingne werd "Model of the Year" tijdens de British Fashion Awards in 2012 en 2014 en verscheen in shows voor merken als Burberry, Mulberry, Dolce & Gabbana, and Jason Wu.
